Zoë Moss is a New York City based songwriter and graduate of the Clive Davis Institute at NYU. Inspired equally by late 90’s pop darlings like Britney and Christina, and 60’s rock like the Kinks and The Rolling Stones, Moss started writing music at an early age.
She frequently spent time in local recording studios while growing up outside of Philadelphia. After being accepted into NYU at 16 years old, she moved to New York with intentions of releasing an artist project. However it did not take long for Moss to discover her true passion was writing for other artists. While attending NYU, she penned Sinner, a dark guitar driven record with frequent collaborator John Cunningham, and production duo Espionage. The song went on to be released by Andy Grammer on his album Magazines or Novels.
After graduation, Moss spent a year in Los Angeles continuing to collaborate with Espionage on several artist projects. Her credits include songs with Marion Raven, Chris Holsten and John Buckley.
Now living in Manhattan, Moss is quickly establishing herself as a promising talent with clever topline concepts and a strong instinct for melody. Her drive to become one of the leading most songwriters in New York is what continues to make her one to watch.
