Andrew Carrington (k.p.a. [dot] .Andre) is a 17-year-old rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer from the heart of Brooklyn. He has been creating music since sixth grade and has been performing from a young age. As a vocal major at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, he has developed strong vocal technique, musical discipline, and a deeper understanding of performance. Influenced by artists such as J. Cole, Kanye West, Tyler, The Creator, and Kendrick Lamar, Andrew creates music that blends sharp lyricism with honest expression and groovy instrumentation. His work balances introspective storytelling with energy, allowing him to shift between reflective themes. He is actively involved in every stage of his music, from writing lyrics, recording, production to performing; building a skill set that supports his growth as a complete artist. His focus is on creating music that feels real, connects with listeners, and continues to push his creative range. Andrew is an artist with vision, discipline, and a sound that continues to grow with him as he develops his music career.
