The SongHall “Writer Workshops” have become a special place for talented, up and coming writers to hone their craft, expand their writing through assignments, and meet industry professionals. Over the course of 8 weeks, the group becomes each other’s support network and trusted second ear. By the end of the 8 week workshop, it’s like the last day of summer camp. Each group has its own dynamic and most stay in touch long after the workshops are over as co-writers and friends.
Our workshop groups hold their “reunions” by booking their own performance nights at NYC venues. The SongHall is pleased to see our programs foster the song writing community and would like to invite you to these upcoming evenings. Activities Coordinator Peter Bliss will be on hand to enjoy the music and answer any questions about the SongHall programs. A new schedule of workshops will be announced soon and now is the perfect time to join in! Come on down and see what it’s all about!
