The latest in our SongHall workshop series finished on a high note, with more to come in February:
The Song Skills workshop series welcomed hit songwriter Arnie Roman whose songwriting career has included top ten hits for Taylor Dayne, Trisha Yearwood, Celine Dion and many more. The workshop offered an inside glimpse into the creation of a hit song and the road taken to bring it to the top of the charts. There is truly a story to every song! The workshop attendees all played their songs and works in progress to share thoughts on the creative process.

The Fall 2009 Writers Workshop featured a visit from songwriter Madeline Stone whose songs have been recorded by Wilson Phillips, Alannah Myles Suzy Bogguss, Gary Morris, Shelby Lynne and Lorrie Morgan and a major R&B hit, “Read My Lips” for Melba Moore.
