On April 20, SESAC held the first-ever Composer Lab at the performing rights organization’s chic new Hollywood offices featuring a panel of the best professionals in the business. Composers Jeff Beal (Appaloosa), Christophe Beck (The Hangover), Danny Lux (Grey’s Anatomy), John Swihart (How I Met Your Mother) and moderator John Houlihan (Letters To Juliet) held court at the gathering offering invaluable information and advice to the packed crowd on the current state of composing for film/TV/games providing tips for creating a lasting career as a composer.
