Brian Camelio, the founder and CEO of ArtistShare & ArtistShare For Songwriters, will tell you about some important tools for the songwriter/artist, followed by a Q & A session.
ArtistShare for Songwriters is a website specifically for songwriters and their fans. It is based on the Grammy award winning ArtistShare fan-funded model which has been making artist/fan connections for over 6 years. Fans can follow the creative process of their favorite songwriters and participate directly as tomorrow’s hit songs come to life. Songwriters can build strong, long-lasting relationships with fans while funding the creation of new songs and recordings.
You will learn about new strategies to fund your song demo projects and even your songwriting education in the SongHall’s workshop programs through an ArtistShare for Songwriters membership. ArtistShare members will also receive discounts to SongHall workshops and events.
Before and after the presentation is networking time….make new connections and grow your network to expand your music’s reach! Bring your iPods w/headphones with your songs and /or tracks to share. Demo producers; bring CD demos and business cards to hand out. Workshop Alumni; get together and share your music and your progress! Projects Coordinator Peter Bliss will be on hand to answer questions and will also talk about the upcoming SongHall workshops, showcases, and events.
