Todd Alsup - The Good Fight

Singer/songwriter/pianist and NYU grad Todd Alsup is a welcome throwback to classic songwriting and showmanship - an exciting artist who can consistently rock a crowd with astonishing vocals and honest songs bursting with groove and personality.  Released in 2008, Todd’s debut EP “Facts & Figures” has been enthusiastically received, with critics hailing Todd’s combination of “giddy piano pop, old-school soul and free-spirited songs,” as an “earnest if unlikely divide between Ben Folds and John Legend.” (Performing Songwriter).  Todd has taken college radio by storm and he is currently on tour playing colleges and universities throughout the Northeast.  He was recently honored to join a prestigious list of artists endorsed by Yamaha and in November, Todd was profiled in Billboard Magazine as an up-and-coming artist to watch.  Meanwhile, he regularly thrills faithful crowds at popular downtown NYC clubs.  Todd is currently in the studio working on a full-length album.
