JAKE STIGERS: Don’t Know Where I Belong

Jake had a very successful summer and fall with a college/AAA radio campaign putting his latest release in rotation at over 200 stations across the country, topping out at #1 on the CMJ charts in Athens Ohio and in the top10 in many other cities.  He followed up with the ASCAP Plus Award for the second year in a row.  Jake is now preparing for his upcoming three-week tour to England with his band The Velvet Roots. He is opening for Albert Lee at the Borderline and playing at the legendary Cavern in Liverpool. BBC Radio will be interviewing Jake & featuring his music.  He had a very successful solo acoustic tour in the UK last October, after which Jake was invited to play at the legendary Bluebird Cafe in Nashville and WMTS in Murfreesboro, TN.  He is in the process of having his first release licensed with MTV’s My Super Sweet Sixteen.  Jake also just wrapped up his next EP which will be available in the fall.
